Self Care

Self-care is something that people don’t make time for but probably should. In a fast paced world with stressful work deadlines and hectic lifestyles, having some time to de-stress and simply be can add refreshing moments of clarity. In my own personal experience, it is so easy to get caught up in all the hustle-and-bustle and forget about the big picture – the fact that we are (before anything else) human beings. As beautifully quoted by Osho,

“Be – don’t try to become.”

Take some time out of your busy schedule for yourself to practice some self care (whatever that means to you). From curling up with a book in bed or engaging in active aerobic exercise like running, the possibilities to relax, reflect, and introspect are endless.
